Gordon Ramsay Holdings (GRH) has stepped back from the day-to-day involvement in its two-Michelin-starred restaurant at the London Hotel in New York. The restaurant, which includes the London Bar modelled on the Maze restaurant concept as well as the eponymous fine-dining restaurant, is the fourth overseas venture GRH has sold this year.
