Caprice Holdings has launched its first retail outlet, the Mount Street Deli, in London's Mayfair. Open for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea, it offers specialist foods as well as signature dishes from the group's London restaurants and private members' clubs.

Former Roussillon chef Alexis Gauthier has taken over Lindsay House in Soho together with business partner Roberto della Pietra. The pair have refurbished the dining room and two private rooms and turned the ground floor into a wine shop and cellar.

Private members' club Les Ambassadeurs in Mayfair has opened this new restaurant in a space previously used as a gaming room. Open for lunch and dinner Mondays to Fridays, it welcomes non-members for lunch and serves a menu of "European classics".

Situated on the Moskva river in one of Stalin's Seven Sisters skyscrapers, the Radisson Royal has opened following a three-year renovation. The colossal building, standing 206m high, features more than 1,200 original paintings by Russian artists.

Located in Berlin Mitte, this private members' club with 40 bedrooms is the largest club in the Soho House Group portfolio. It is housed in a listed building from the late-Bauhaus era which opened in 1928 as a department store before being seized by the wartime government.

Rainer Becker has launched the first US outpost of his successful Japanese restaurant concept Zuma, which also has sites in London, Istanbul, Hong Kong and Dubai. Located in the Epic Hotel in downtown Miami it includes a lounge bar, sushi counter and Robata grill.

Italian chef Pasquale Amico has opened his first solo venture comprising an Italian vegetarian restaurant in Smithfields, east London. The menu features ingredients from his family's farm in Capua in south-west Italy and offers a range of vegan and gluten-free dishes.

This is Vietnamese restaurant Pho's fourth site and its first outside London. Named after a speciality rice noodle soup, diners can create their own pho with a choice of stocks and fillings, including meat, seafood and vegetarian options.
