Mark Hix to open restaurant at the Tramshed building in east London

Mark HixCelebrity chef Mark Hix is to open a 150-seat restaurant in the Tramshed building in Shoreditch, east London, next month. The former Chef of the Year Catey winner, who already operates six venues in the capital, as well as a restaurant in Lyme Regis in Dorset, will open Tramshed together with business partner Ratnesh Bagdai in May.
