Independent catering group CH&Co claims to have become the first catering company in the UK to serve pole and line-caught tuna in spring water throughout its 120 restaurants nationwide. The tuna will be served across all of its specialist catering brands, including Charlton House, Lusso, Ampersand and Chester Boyd.

Paul Hurren has been appointed as the managing director of fine-dining catering brand Lusso, part of CH&Co. Hurren was previously operations director at Charlton House, which relaunched last week as five specialist divisions under the umbrella business of CH&Co.
