Vietnamese restaurant chain Pho to open seventh outlet

Pho logoVietnamese restaurant chain Pho is to open its seventh restaurant after acquiring a site in east London. The group, led by Stephen and Juliette Wall, has taken over the former S&M Café in Spitalfields. The 85-cover restaurant is set to open in late June.
