The organisers of Hotelympia’s Innovation Awards have announced the category winners. Leading the foodservice industry in design, equipment, food and drink and technology, the four winners were described by the Inspiration team judges “as the answers to some of the greatest challenges we face”.

Hotelympia 2008 enjoyed another successful five days at ExCeL in February, from the sound of the starting gun at the Hotelympia 10K Run with 750 runners pounding the streets to Canary Wharf, through to the crowning of the UK Barista Champion on the last day.
