Independent contract caterer Charlton House has retained its contract with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), the UK’s independent specialist aviation regulator.
The contract, which has been renewed for a further four years, is worth £650,000 in turnover a year to Charlton House. In return it provides catering services for 900 staff across two sites, one in Gatwick and another in central London.
