The Bistro, latest in the Wood Stone ceramic hearth oven series from Bakers Pride Europe is the smallest yet with a usable cooking space of 7 square feet and the ability to be delivered to site through standard 30 inch doorways. Like other Wood Stone ovens, it is cast as a single solid ceramic dome and hearth, based on a stainless steel frame.
A single gas burner - mains or LPG - is sited at the rear of the cooking chamber giving 90,000 BTUs of heat controllable by the operator. Output is up to 72 ten inch (250mm) pizzas per hour.
Oven exterior is powder coated black with stainless steel mantle and trim or customised to match the decor.
