The Regents Park hotel in London has been sold off a guide price of £3.9m.
The 29-bedroom hotel is at the northern end of Gloucester Place, near both Regents Park and Baker Street.
It is made up of two interconnecting Grade II-listed Georgian buildings and an annexe and includes a 50-seat restaurant and bar in basement, a lounge, and reception rooms with a manager’s office.
The bedrooms include two studio rooms with their own kitchenettes that are let on a weekly basis.
The London office of Christie + Co sold the freehold to Navid Mirtorabi on behalf of Mustafa and Funda Aksanoglu
