
The Fortius range of electric fryers is built in Britain to ensure that chips are cooked to traditional British tastes.
The capacities of the oil tanks and the baskets are large enough to allow food to spread out and cook evenly. The machines are easy to operate and clean, with thermostatic temperature control, automatic over-heat cut-out, lift-out control panels and elements, and drain valves sited towards the front of the fryer.
The line-up offers a choice of mid-budget tabletop fryers with single or twin tanks and capacities from 7kg to 33kg of chips per hour. Accessories include stands and chip scuttles to keep the fries hot and ready to serve.
