The new line of stainless-steel Elite electric fryers from Imperial complements the group's gas range and offers oil capacities of 14 litres, 22 litres, 27 litres and 41 litres.

Like the gas models, the electric newcomers use a three-tube heating system which provides a high heat output, and the serpentine design of the element speeds heat-up and oil recovery.

Oil life is prolonged with the aid of a large cool zone that prevents food particles being carbonised and a temperature range of 93°C to 204°C that is controlled by the snap-acting thermostat.
