The newest addition to the Lincat fryer range, the OE7105/F, is the third Opus 700 model to feature a built-in oil filtration system, designed to extend the life of the oil by 50%.
Lincat offers a broad range of 33 commercial fryers to suit all budgets and requirements, from a 2.5kW electric countertop model to a 32kW freestanding gas fryer with twin tanks.
All fall under three key product ranges - Lynx 400 countertop models, Silverlink 6000 gas and electric modular appliances, and heavy-duty Opus 700 machines.
The fryers offer fast heat-up and recovery times, are easily dismantled for cleaning, and come with parts and labour guarantees of 12 months for (Lynx 400 and Silverlink 600 products) or 24 months (for Opus 700 models).
