Castle pizza oven

Two new twin-deck Castle pizza ovens from Katerbay have been designed to cook evenly but more quickly. Both have a single Italian stone hearth to ensure even cooking, a curved retention shield to lessen heat loss, and extra thermal insulation to reduce bake times and so save energy.

Each deck has its own separate temperature dial and power cable, allowing connection to a 1ph/30amp supply rather than the usual 3ph power requirement.

The smaller CD6262 pizza oven has a 620mm-square cooking chamber that can bake up to four 12in pizzas per deck, while the larger CD9262 can accommodate up to six 12in pizzas per deck within its 920mm-square cooking chamber.
