DJS portion pots

Disposables specialist Cap-It-All has launched a range of toughened polystyrene portion pots (or soufflé cups, as they are known in the USA) with the brand name DJS - intended to convey their purpose.

"By naming the range DJS - which stands for dips, jams and sauces - right away caterers start to build up a visual image about the wide variety of ways in which our portion pots can be used," said Cap-It-All managing director Geoff Page.

The pots come in seven sizes, ranging from 1oz to 5.5oz, and a choice of polystyrene or clear PET lids. Cap-It-All has shaved 20% off the normal price of portion pots by sourcing them from Europe rather than North America, where most are made.
