Marking Nobu Matsuhisa's 17th eaterie across three continents, this new restaurant at Hong Kong's InterContinental hotel offers views over Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island and includes a sushi bar and a main and private dining room. Interiors feature a sea urchin ceiling and bamboo-embedded terrazzo.
