Provision of a Managed Catering Service, North yorkshire County Council

Restricted tendering

Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of a Managed Catering Service to Ermysted’s Grammar School.

The proposed service will be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further period of up to 12 months and will involve the provision of a managed catering service at the School.

A pre-qualification questionnaire is available by contacting Joanna Kirk, Bursar, Ermysted’s Grammar School, Gargrave Road, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 1PL, Tel: 01756 792186 or email joannakirk59@hotmail.com.

The questionnaire is available until 26th March 2010.Expressions of interest must be returned before 12pm on 2nd April 2010.

Applicants should note those suppliers that meet the School’s required standards in respect of their responses
to the pre qualification questionnaire will be invited to submit a tender.

Suppliers should also be aware that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 and the Acquired Rights Directive 77/187 may apply to the contract.
