London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) decline by 2.25% in the week ending 27 April, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar fell to £122.58, down from £125.41 during the equivalent week of 2007.
Occupancy dropped by 4.05 percentage points to 85.13% but average room rate increased by 2.39% to £144 compared with £140.63 in the corresponding week of 2007.
