Emma Baker is an event organiser who also does a funky line in tray design for canapés. So if clients can't afford to go all out on venue decoration, she can still provide that little touch, either by sourcing glass, ceramic or lacquer trays which she will dress to a particular style or by making up more sophisticated or outlandish bespoke designs. Trays can be leased, or bought outright after the event.
Prices: consultancy and design service £250, plus from £15 to £50 per tray if decorated, or £60 to £80 per tray if a bespoke design.
