More than 400 suppliers are expected to exhibit their wares at the Speciality and Fine Food Fair on 5-7 September at Olympia in London. The show aims to raise the profile of farmers, growers and producers of speciality food and drink in the UK.
Tutored tastings and demonstrations will be a feature of the show at the Fine Food Forum, led by experts from different categories of food and drink.
Chefs, restaurateurs, wholesalers and retailers are all encouraged to attend this three-day event.
The London show is the last this year in a run of three Speciality and Fine Food Fairs from the Guild of Fine Food Retailers. The other two took place at Harrogate and Edinburgh in May and June.
