Three wins for Host Management...
New contract caterer Host Management has announced its first three contract wins in the independent education and healthcare sectors. Host will start one-year contracts at Malsis School near Skipton, North Yorkshire, and Beacon School in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, in September. A deal with Sanctuary Care to cater for a 60-bed care home in Watlington, Oxfordshire, started in June. Together, the contracts have annual sales of nearly £1m.

...And three more for Talkington Bates
Talkington Bates, the Buckinghamshire-based business and industry caterer, has announced three new one-year deals. On 14 August, the company starts a £210,000-turnover contract serving 250 staff at packaging manufacturer Amcor Flexibles in Bristol. At mechanical component manufacturer Routeco, in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, the caterer will manage an all-day caf‚/deli with annual sales of £95,000. Talkington has also struck a £125,000-turnover deal at Hellermann Tyton Data, a computer hardware manufacturer in Northampton. It will refurbish the restaurant, which serves 200 employees.

Catermasters gets £7m deal
Catermasters has won a five-year, £7m-total-turnover contract with Merloni Elettrodomestici, the kitchen appliance manufacturer that bought Hotpoint in 2002. The contract involves catering for more than 5,000 staff at four UK sites.

London Zoo's preferred list
London Zoo has added seven new caterers to its preferred suppliers list. Previously Leith's (part of the Compass Group) was its only caterer. It has now been joined by: Bovingdons, By Word of Mouth, Create, Fizz, Jalapeno, London's Flying Chef, and Party Ingredients. The annual catering turnover for London Zoo is £1.4m.

Eleven new clients for Just Deli
Just Deli has signed up 11 new clients with an annual turnover of £3m within the past six months. Gains include multi-tenanted offices Apex Plaza in Reading and Newbury, Berkshire, Arlington Business Park in Fareham, Hampshire, and Start Group in Woolwich, London.
