Filtro Shuttle coffee brewer from Marco

The Filtro Shuttle is a new bulk filter coffee brewer from Marco Beverage Systems designed to meet the European Coffee Brewing Centre's standards and to deliver coffee in line with the Speciality Coffee Association of Europe's Gold Cup certification standard directly into an insulated, portable urn that can be safely moved to a remote location for serving.

It's ideal for outlets that need to prepare quantities of coffee in advance or lack the room to site a bulk brewer near the service point. The plumbed machine is made from high-grade stainless steel and is 12in wide. It will brew coffee at the touch of a button into the six-litre urn, which will keep the beverage hot for more than an hour.

It offers full- or half-brew options, a basket safety lock to prevent the brew basket being removed during the brewing cycle, and a separate hot water tap for tea-making. The brewer has a list price of £1,090, while the urns sell separately for £273.

To buy it, call 020 7274 4577
