The Da Vinci range of flavoured coffee syrups enables caterers to serve personalised and innovative coffee options that can command premium prices.

The Sugar-Free range is artificially sweetened, contains no calories or carbohydrates, and comes in seven flavours: vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, Irish Cream, amaretto, strawberry and macadamia. The 10-strong Classic range adds chocolate, almond and peppermint flavours to the menu.

Both are provided in glass or plastic 750ml bottles with a long shelf life and use pure water, low levels of citric acid to reduce clouding and, in the Classic range, 100% pure cane sugar. The 15ml shots of flavoured syrups can also brighten up other drinks such as cocktails and European soda and ice-cream floats.

The Da Vinci line-up also includes chocolate, white chocolate and caramel sauces that can be drizzled directly over foamy coffee from their pump dispensers and are guaranteed not to clump, lump or sink into the drink.
