New English breads includes a stone-baked Organic Bloomer and multigrain sliced loaves, while Italy is represented by square ciabatta-type Tegolinos, stone-baked Giotto Rolls and Genoese Onion and Tomato Focaccia.

Among the new French breads are the artisan Dejeunettes (stone-baked sourdough demi-baguettes from the South), Baguettes au Levain, and malted wheat and fully baked large white baguettes.

The buffet line incorporates fully baked mini gourmet pies in Steak and Ale, Lamb and Redcurrant, Apricot and Hoisin Sauce, Peppered Steak, and Chicken and Mushroom options, along with Corned Beef or Cheese and Vegetable pasties; a Mini Tomato, Feta Cheese and Roasted Red Pepper Open Pie; Mini Mixed Sausage and Chutney Turnovers; and lattice-topped sweet buffet pastries (Chocolate and Vanilla or Strawberry and Vanilla) in midi or mini sizes.
