Summer kebabs and chicken from Brakes

Kebabs and roasted chickens form part of this summer’s offerings from distributor Brakes.

The Salmon and Pepper Kebabs combine hand-prepared, cubed Atlantic salmon fillets with red and green peppers that have been coated in lemon and black pepper.

The 120-140g skewers - which can be grilled, baked, chargrilled or barbecued - are sold frozen in packs of 24.

The Part-Boned Roast Half Chicken, which sells in frozen packs of 10 x 360-460g portions and will oven-cook in 30-35 minutes, has been partially boned to retain just the drumstick and wing-tip bones.
