Lowestoft-based fish processor A Kalkman, a specialist supplier of frozen seafood and added-value products designed for the catering and food service market, has added Battered Cod Goujons to the Captain’s Choice range launched last year.
The goujons are coated in a light, crispy batter with a hint of mustard and will shallow or deep-fry in three to five minutes. They’re sold in 450g packs each containing 30-45 goujons and join the Captain’s Choice line-up of Breaded Seafood Platter, Breaded Lemon Sole, and Plaice Goujons.
