Seafood selection from 3G

A Par Fried Dim Sum Assortment is part of a new line of frozen, easy-to-prepare seafood products to be added to the 3G Foodservice catalogue. It comprises equal amounts of shrimp spring rolls, shrimp won tons and shrimp money bags that have been handmade in Thailand from local ingredients and spices and are served with a sweet chilli or plum dipping sauce.

The Dim Sum, which comes in packs of 3 x 24 portions priced at 31p per portion, is sourced from Phillips Foods Europe with other new lines such as Shrimp Bisque, New England Clam Chowder, Chesapeake Crab Cakes and Firecracker Spring Rolls.
