Gold standard Brie from the Cheese Cellar

The award-winning Saint-Luc Brie de Meaux AOC - which scooped Gold at the recent World Cheese Awards - has joined the roster of more than 1,500 British and Continental cheeses offered by the Cheese Cellar.

A full-flavour, soft, unpasteurised cheese, it’s made to the Cheese Cellar’s own specification by brothers Pierre and Philippe Bobin, third-generation cheesemakers who use techniques perfected over 65 years.

Each 3kg cheese requires 25 litres of unpasteurised milk to achieve its creamy, velvety texture.
