Robert Clayton head chef of the Bath Priory hotel, has asked us to point out that he has not been approached to succeed Toby Hill at Lords of the Manor in Upper Slaughter, Gloucestershire (Caterer, 20 May, page 10). We apologise to Mr Clayton and are happy to correct the error. "I'm very happy where I am and the hotel is doing very well," he said.
