Fineight still alive and trading

In the 13 May 2004 issue of Caterer, a story appeared headed "Money still outstanding on sale of Teca to A-Z". In fact, the dispute does not involve any member of the A-Z Group of companies. We regret any confusion caused. In the article we stated that Panamanian company Fineight was wound down.

We wish to clarify that this related only to Fineight's assets within England and Wales. Fineight accordingly remains a Panamanian-registered live company continuing its trading.
