Frima Oil Cart

Frima has introduced the Oil Cart, a new accessory for its VarioCooking Center, which aims to make frying oil management easier, safer and much faster.

The Oil Cart has a preheating mode that can melt solid fat in advance, preheat the oil and dispense it into the VarioCooking Center safely at up to five litres per minute. Coupled with the VarioBoost rapid-heating technology of the VarioCooking Center, this means the unit is ready to fry extremely quickly.

After use, the oil is returned to the cart and filtered through a removable Teflon filter. Safety is built in to the design – even when the oil is at a working temperature of 180°C the external sides of the unit shouldn't exceed 70°C. It can store any type of oil, solid or liquid, and its sealed design ensures it won't leak or spill.

The cart is also designed to wheel out of the way and store the oil safely when it is not needed, and the Teflon filter can be easily washed immediately after filtering.
