Talking turkey
Turkey Escalope from Bernard Matthews Foodservice comprises turkey breast, coated in a fine crumb, which gives it a "home-made" look. It can be served with pasta and roast Mediterranean vegetables, French fries and garnish or roast potatoes and vegetables. Or slice it and serve on dressed salad leaves with shavings of Parmesan and croutons, making a classic Caesar salad.
Available 20 to a case.

It's corny
Keep kids amused with Crispy Corn Chicken Nuggets from Padley's, which have a knobbly, cereal coating.
Rumble, one of the Munchins monsters, thinks the nuggets are cool. He's just one of the five cartoon characters, featured on posters and point of sales material, to make meal times more fun for kids.
Because of the texture of nuggets, you can create a variety of different themes such as asteroids in space or creatures from the deep blue sea.
A new poster featuring Rumble and the Crispy Corn Chicken Nuggets is available.
The Padley's portfolio also includes Chickwich, Chick'n' Ferno, Chick 'n Dixie and Chick 'n Quickfries, which can all be served as bar snacks.

A fresh café
Orange juice can be produced at the touch of a button from one of the new machines from Outspan Fresh, 268. For example, the coin operated Outspan Fresh Vendamatic will deliver 200ml of fresh juice in just 30 seconds. The machine holds enough fruit for 100 servings with about three oranges per serving. Or there's the Outspan Fresh Maitre d' which removes the skin of the fruit before squeezing and produces 100 litres per hour. The Outspan Fresh Café is a countertop juicing machine which will cut and squeeze oranges and other citrus fruits using only the pulp of the fruit. Its capacity is around eight to 12 servings per minute (35 to 40 oranges). It only requires a 30cm wide surface. The Outspan Fresh Smoothie can make smoothies from whole fruit, fruit juices, yoghurts and ice in seconds. The machine is fitted with sound enclosures which reduces the noise level by 30 per cent.

Gourmet Classic, 266, offers inexpensive cooking wines. This is because they don't pay import duty or VAT. Angua l'anson from the company explained: "Our wines are fully fermented but we then reduce the alcoholic content by up to two thirds and this offsets alcohol import duty. We add a tiny amount of seasoning which changes the classification from beverage to condiment or sauce - this excludes VAT."
The wines are endorsed by the Craft Guild of Chefs and the company also sponsors the World Cup Culinary Team, which won 13 medals for the UK last year.
