Aidan O'Toole has joined management company Kayjay Hotels and Resorts at its Cork head office as financial director. He was group financial controller for C&G travel group. Caroline Walsh has also joined Kayjay as director of human resources. She was human resources group manager for Travelodge in Ireland. Seamus O'Hara, formerly general manager at the Premier Travel Inn hotel Heathrow, has joined Kayjay as general manager of its Ramada Hotel & Suites Resort, Ballykisteen. Stephen Sutton has also joined the Ballykisteen resort as executive chef. He was executive chef at the Ramada Jarvis hotel in Farnham, Surrey. Kayjay is the master franchisor of the Ramada brand in Ireland.
