The KM75 compact ice-maker

Crescent-shaped ice is popular in the USA and increasingly so in the UK because it packs more tightly into the glass.

Hoshizaki's latest KM Compact trio of ice-makers are designed to produce clear, long-lasting ice in this space-saving shape.

The stainless-steel line with stainless-steel evaporator and easily accessed front air filter uses a vertical ice-making method.

The smallest model, the KM35, measures 450mm wide x 610mm deep x 840mm high and can produce 36kg of ice per day and store up to 16kg.

The KM50 has daily output and storage capacities of 52kg and 23kg respectively and the volumes rise to 72kg and 40kg on the KM75, which has external dimensions of 603mm x 712mm x 840mm.

All are backed by a two-year parts and labour warranty.
