Lincoln CTI impinger oven

The Lincoln CTI counter-top impinger oven (1300 series) is now easier to control thanks to easily programmed digital controls that allow staff to adjust oven functions at the touch of a button.

The conveyor oven also has a new front-controlled reversible conveyor direction switch.

The oven jets pressurised air from above and below at the food as it moves through the oven, which keeps temperature uniform and moisture content high. This allows caterers to cook food faster and at lower temperatures - the oven is claimed to do the work of a half-sized convection oven or a bank of five microwave ovens.

The air nozzles direct hundreds of independent heat jets at the food which allow heat to be adjusted and controlled by zoning.

The oven has a 406mm wide conveyor belt and a 508mm baking chamber and can be stacked two high.
