Aquacoil recoil water hoses from Mecserflex are hygienic solutions for tough work and mobile applications in industrial-style catering.
They're made from polyurethane tubing, which is 25% lighter than traditional rubber equivalents with five times the lifespan. The elasticity and coil memory is also superior to rubber, while the small bending radius and tight coil diameter save on space.
The hoses have a 3/8in or 1/2in bore and a working length of 80% of their total runs of 1,200mm or 1,800mm.
They operate at temperatures between -40°C and +85°C and at maximum pressures of 1.5 bar at 85°C and 10 bar at 20°C.
The 3/4in BSP nickel-plated brass end fittings have a short-length thread to fit standard service valves. A heavy-duty big flow bore valve is also available with a 15mm compression end.
