The G7856 front-loading warewasher from Miele offers a speedy cycle of seven minutes when connected to a 65°C hot water supply.
The electronically controlled freestanding washer can wash 622 pieces of crockery and 797 pieces of cutlery an hour. Because it uses a new intake of fresh water for each programme, operators can wash different items in each load.
The G7856 is of a double-skinned, stainless-steel construction and provides two wash levels and a triple spray arm system on three levels.
It has seven electronically controlled programmes with an adjustable wash temperature between 39°C and 70°C in the main wash and final rinse. A special programme for beer glasses omits the rinsing agent in the final cold rinse.
