A lime cutter is among the additions to Artbar, John Artis's collection of bar equipment. Aimed at busy bars, the lime cutter holds the fruit firmly in place while high-quality stainless-steel blades slice it into segments.
Coloured bright yellow to minimise staining by the juice, the cutter is designed to prevent fingers coming into contact with the blades and includes a drip-collection tray.
Other newcomers to the Artbar range include a cocktail shaker with an in-built strainer to remove pith without clogging, and three new styles of ice bucket, swelling the range to 19.
The line-up includes Champagne buckets and coolers, footed buckets, wine coolers and bucket stands in finishes such as brushed chrome, stainless steel, aluminium and acrylic.
