DSM 12 ice-maker

The super-compact DSM 12 ice-maker from Hoshizaki is designed to satisfy low-volume and occasional demand for ice, creating 13kg of thimble-shaped cubes each day.

The DSM 12 offloads the ice directly into a glass so the ice is not touched by a scoop and air is not able to enter the machine.

The mini machine - which measures 180mm wide x 510mm deep x 695mm high - is especially suitable for use in schools and colleges, hospital wards, high-street food outlets and kiosks, canteens and self-service restaurants.
