Specialist London catering company Vacherin has appointed Stuart Williams as operations manager. He joins with 11 years' experience in the catering industry and commercial sector.
He worked as general manager at Zest Caterer's flagship contract at International Power in central London and in 2010 was appointed by Vacherin as group catering manager for EMI Music. Williams then gained experience as operations manager for another catering company but declared that he "missed the buzz of Vacherin" and was keen to return.
