Property agent Colliers International has named James Shorthouse as its new head of licensed and leisure. He previously spent 20 years at a well-known national agency where he was head of advisory services in the pubs, bars and restaurants sector. The appointment of Shorthouse continues Colliers' long-term strategy of making senior-level appointments throughout 2011.
