Canapeum has launched its first Christmas range of canapés, available from November to January.
These include Scottish lobster with Glenfiddich and mango salsa served on a bed of fresh pousse and chestnut and thyme pancake topped with cranberry flavoured crushed potato and crispy parsnip.
