Three versions are currently operated: travel locations (mostly rail stations) which have typical start-up costs of £30,000; high-street takeaway cafes with 20-50 seats and start-up costs from £65,000; licensed restaurants/coffee bar units, considered to fall somewhere between a Starbucks and a Cafe Rouge; starting cost around £100,000.
