Fish, Ham and Lamb are the latest variants to join the range of Chef's Taste liquid stock concentrate from Pritchitts.

Chef's Taste can be used to make a full flavoured stock base by adding either hot or cold water. It can be used in soups, sauces, casseroles and as a marinade. According to the manufacturers, it contains ten times less salt in made up stock than other similar products.

Available in 6 x 1 litre and 250ml Tetra Paks - 1 litre of Chef's Taste makes 10 litres, while 250ml makes 2.5 litres of made up stock.

It has an ambient shelf life of one year and after opening, it will last up to three weeks in the refrigerator.
