Unit blows hot and cold

A new dual function foodservice counter from Olympic Catering combines a refrigerated and hot display unit within a 3.5 metre run. It is also mobile and can be split in half, allowing either part to be wheeled out of the way when not required. The counter can also include a dedicated soup dispensing station which is removable.

The refrigerated half of the counter features salad and fruit wells with an air curtain shelf display allowing unrestricted access at the front to customers. The heated section holds hot meals and accompaniments held in bains maries and has a gantry incorporating sneeze guard and quartz lamps. Various cladding options are available
