Go create with turkey

Stuck on what to do with turkey leftovers? Bernard Matthews Food Service has published a new free recipe collection containing 26 recipes based on turkey mince and diced turkey thigh.

Recipes include Turkey and Coconut Korma, Jambalaya and Turkey and Mushroom Pasta Bake. For kids, there's Turkey Hedgehogs.

For roast turkey without the fuss, the Boneless Basted Turkey Breast from Bernard Matthews Food Service fits the bill as it comprises a whole turkey breast, each weighing 1.5kg. Or there are Easycarves in two sizes - original 4kg and the 2.72kg "MiniRoast", both available in two styles - Turkey Breast and Turkey Breast & Thigh.

All these products are supplied in roasting bags and can be cooked straight from frozen.

As an alternative to turkey, there's the 1.5kg Chicken Breast Roast. It can be cooked either after defrosting or from frozen and as it is boneless, it is easy to portion.
