Millac Gold cream alternative from Pritchitts has been relaunched with a new packaging design.

One of the advantages of Millac Gold is that it does not split during cooking, even when added to a hot sauce or dish.

In dessert preparation, Millac Gold whips up to three times the volume, which is 50 per cent more than fresh cream. According to the manufacturers, the product is more stable than cream when whipped and tastes as good as fresh cream.

The product has a long ambient shelf life and does not need to be refrigerated.

Available in cases of 12 x 1 litre.
