Rolling out the rustique range

Le Pain Croustillant (LPC) has extended its range of Pain Rustique rolls. In addition to the original Pain Rustique and Pain Complet variants, there's also Spring Onion, Tomato and Basil, Fruit and Nut and Roasted Onion Pain Rustique.

The breads can be used to create a sandwich, accompany fresh soup or salad or toasted under the grill and served as a bruschetta.

The range is part-baked, before being frozen and distributed and due to the authentic rustic nature of Pain Rustique, along with the traditional baking process, each product will be slightly different in shape and appearance.
