Hot water problem solved

The problem of adequate hot water provision in marquee-based event catering has been addressed by Andrews Water Heaters in a self-contained storage water heater package now being supplied to Gamble Kitchen Rental. Units comprise compact water storage cylinders with high efficiency gas burners and related controls built into weatherproof boxes mounted on a frame with large castors.

The design facilitates delivery and positioning just outside the marquee, as close as possible to wash-up sinks, preparation sinks and dishwashers for optimum heat efficiency. One unit is sufficient for a whole kitchen whereas the point-of-use instantaneous heaters previously used in Gamble rental kitchens were installed one to each sink.
