Designed specifically for hotels, bars, restaurants and busy nightclubs, the EPOS Alert real-time point-of-sale monitoring and paging system can collect and analyse live data from up to 32 terminals. Thus transactions registering as "no sale" or "correction" can be viewed and monitored instantly at the back office computer.

There is also the option to send real-time alerts to a network of internal pagers, enabling management to react immediately to critical information alerts such as requests to restock the bar, take a cash lift or calls for security or first aid. Different pagers can be alerted to different messages by sound or discreet vibration. A further option currently being developed will enable the system to link to mobile phones and SMS text messaging.
