Leeds venue Town Hall Tavern, part of the Timothy Taylor chain, has appointed a new general manager following its relaunch into a contemporary gastro pub earlier this year. Dutch-born Astrid Pot joins with a wealth of hospitality and catering experience from working in Yorkshire's leading hotel and restaurants since moving to England 13 years ago. She will work alongside award-winning head chef Anton Scoones, formerly of the five-star De Vere Oulton Hall hotel.
